Backpacking along the western rim of the North Cascades a couple weeks back. Before the mosquitos clocked in and ice had all melted. Had a great time hiking from the base of the glacier and out towards the Picket range. What a great shoot! Slept under the stars and watched the moon rise over the icy tarns at the base of Mount Baker (aka Kulshan). Enough to put a smile on my bright eyed hiker face for a week.
